Musical Monday

The music world lost a great talent last week with the passing of Natalie Cole, a wonderful singer who was also the daughter of famous singer Nat King Cole. She had a number of great songs, among them the duet of "Unforgettable" she performed with her father. This, however, is probably my favorite Natalie Cole tune...

This is a nice, lively fox trot rhythm and an overall great song. I hope you enjoyed it.

So long, Natalie. The world of music is poorer for your departure.

Have a good day. More thoughts tomorrow.

Musical Monday and Poetry Sunday are enjoyable.

I do really enjoy your musical Mondays. Natalie was a wonderful singer, as was her dad. I will have an earworm of Unforgettable for the rest of the day.

Natalie Cole was surely in the top five of vocalists in our time!

Great song. And I hate to see people younger than be dying.
