I'd wonder how much crazier things can get, but too many people would regard it as a challenge ...
The "Cyber Ninjas" finally released the report of their bizarre "fraudit" of the 2020 election in Maricopa County, Arizona ... not only confirming that Biden won, but that Der Furor lost by an even larger margin than originally reported ... Texas promptly announced it would conduct a similar "audit" in several counties won by President Biden, after the governor was hounded into doing so by Der Furor; a Taliban spokesman in Afghanistan has announced that extreme punishments such as execution and amputation will be reintroduced as "necessary for security;" the CDC has endorsed booster shots to protect older and otherwise-vulnerable Americans from Covid-19; and in Philadelphia, police are searching for a woman who exercised her Second Amendment rights by pulling a gun on employees at a Chipotle restaurant to force them to fill her order before closing the store.
After the deadly riot at the US Capitol on January 6th, police who sought to protect lawmakers from the screaming mob (which a GOP lawmaker said were simply tourists visiting the Capitol) described the fighting as "medieval." This week, a collection of cartoons about medieval warfare ... which was actually nothing to laugh about, but nowadays we've got to have something to laugh at ...
"Fruit of Aluminum" ... hah! ...
You'll be thankful for them later ...
Draft season for gladiators ...
Medieval battlefield triage ...
Nice try ...
Oh, dear ...
I've heard she now works ignoring subpoenas for Der Furor ...
I imagine they'll be in a pretty sour mood when they start negotiating ...
A somewhat different approach to siege warfare ...
At least it's not radon ...
We're done storming the battlements for this week. Have a good day and a great weekend ... here in NoVa, at least, the weather promises to be absolutely glorious. More thoughts tomorrow, when Musical Sunday returns.

Safety glasses. Takes me way back to the days at the phone company.
Fantastic edition! Perhaps your best ever, every one is a keeper. That's one tough receptionist and the diplomats' eyes are hysterical. Many thanks!!
