Are you still getting up early? Stop it! You know what would fix that? A large Ted Drews cone. I made the mistake of having one before a doctor visit. He decided to do some blood work. My triglycerides were over 400. He made me come back and redo the blood test. I figured out later that it must have been the Ted Drews. A Ted Drews will knock you down for a nap in a heart beat.
