The dummy at the electric company doesn't have a clue about billing. The only thing that will happen is you'll get a $15 credit on your bill. And if your credit gets too high over a few months they'll send the money back to you.
The gas station with the tRUMP offer has had that offer up for years. He's never had the need to give away free gas.
Don't worry about the arsenic. They figured out how to beat the system. It's called a running annual average. You get low arsenic sometimes. High arsenic other times.
