Please Don't Show Me the Money

With Der Furor's love of putting his name, and/or signature, and/or scowling image on everything you could imagine (and many things you couldn't), sycophantic Republicans have rushed to ignore the law and issue new coins and banknotes in his honor. This includes the $250 bill proposed by South Carolina Republican Representative Joe Wilson to "honor" the nation's 250th anniversary, which would - of course - have Der Furor's picture on it ...

But if we want to appropriately recognize in currency the master of pecuniary exploitation of his office, I've found two better options online, and shamelessly stolen them to share with you:

1. With apologies to pre-Euro Germany, we could slap Der Furor's angry visage on a dollar coin and rename it the Douchemark; or,

2. We could introduce a new series of coins featuring images of Der Furor and his various paramours ...

collect the whole set!

I'm reminded of the old joke about the man who went to the doctor for his annual physical. After all the tests were done, the man asked the doctor what he thought. "You're as sound as a dollar!", the doctor replied. The man blanched in horror and gasped, "Oh my gawd! How much time do I have left?"

The way things are going right now, about two and a half years.

Have a good day. More thoughts coming.
